Have you heard of spa parties? Most parents with little girls have heard the concept of little girl spa parties. Posh Portrait Parties, however are a totally new concept!

Some parents like Alexandra Perez are calling it “better than a spa party“.

These parties specially designed for little girls start with their very own makeup artist. While the girls take their turn getting their makeup done, the rest of the group decorates the frame that will soon house their Posh Portrait. As each child finishes their makeup it’s time to pick from the fun selection of accesories. No matter your style or color scheme there is something to accesorize you outfit.

Next is the actual portrait session! This is where it gets real fun. Girls are invited one by one into the carefully designed set where they will be photographed by the professional fashion photographer. A fan is used to help with the mood of the session and to help get the hair flowing. Mom can watch from behind the photographer or she can wait to be suprised with the beautiful slide show presented at the end of the party.

LPP Gallery is now Barquin Photography, Miami Florida

We are excited to announce that our family owned studio will now carry our

name. This is a big deal for us as it’s now PERSONAL. We have always been

very proud of the work we do for our studio families and we thought it was time

to put our name behind our product.

It is because of families like yours that our little home based studio has

grown into the beautiful state of the art studio that it is today.

Our expansion is allowing us to introduce exciting products and services

that will offer the level of quality that you have always expected from our

studio. Among some of the new services is the addition of Posh Portrait Parties. This unique concept transforms the studio into a unique birthday experience for the birthday girl and her friends.

We also have added Senior Zone Photography that offers high school students

an alternative from those boring pictures. In addition, our Lil’ People

Portraits Sports and Schools continues to grow. We service various sports leagues, dance studios, day cares and schools. This part of the company will continue to operate under the LPP

brand.

As you can see it’s been a busy last few months. Although we are excited about all our new products and services our core business is still maternity photography, newborn portraits, children’s photography, and family portraits.

Photography that Grows with Families Every Step of the Way

Many people may call themselves photographers, but only a few will truly stand out. Family and children photography goes beyond lighting a studio and snapping a picture, it’s about building chemistry with the client and providing a product that’s unique. As a photographer, it is a great reward to not only capture a maternity session, but to grow with that family and continue capturing moments of that baby as he’s growing. We are known for building those relationships with our clients. Just this past week, we had two families return to our studio to have some portraits taken of their second child. First we have Nikolas who is only six months old and his sister Noelle, who last year finished our special baby photography plan.

Our studio’s baby plan is an excellent way to always remember every stage of your precious baby’s life. We recommend familiies to have portraits of their babies taken at three, six and nine months and when they turn a year old. Our official website has all the information you need for the baby plan, but we must stress that it’s limited to only nine babies a month.

The Fernandez family also brought us their baby girl, Carolina Sophia, who turns 1 at the end of the month. About three years ago, her sister Danielle was also photographed at our studio. We feel very lucky for having such amazing families trust us with their children and for letting us grow with them!

After nine months of pregnancy, there’s nothing more gratifying than being able to carry your new bundle of joy. That’s why at LPP Gallery we want to capture those special moments so you can treasure them for life. Our highly trained team carefully prepares the studio and all its amenities to receive mommy and baby and make them feel at home. We recommend photographing newborns at two weeks since they are still calm and sleeping most of the time. Our studio’s temperature is adjusted to provide a warm environment for the baby, and we also reserve time for nursing since a well-fed baby always sleeps better. As a photographer and also father of two children, it’s a great feeling to capture the tenderness of a newborn baby. They grow so fast, but these images will live on forever.
